Saturday, Jan 30 2016, Real Loud gets real mystic with the late music of Giacinto Scelsi. Our program highlights Scelsi's late period works, including his fascination with single-tone and microtonal meditations, and their relationship with time and space.

The program includes:
Ko-Tha I-III (for prepared double bass)
Aitsi (for electronically prepared piano)
L'Âme Ailée et L'Âme Ouverte (for violin)
Kshara I-III (for two double basses)

and will include performances by Tristan Kasten-Krause, Karl Larson, Hajnal Pivnick and Evan Runyon.
